HERBIE  JAMES -  Herbie James is currently in residence at Ramrod, South Florida’s most popular leather & Levi bar, and today is the favored spin-master to the muscled and leather glitterati of South Florida.  Dance clubs have long seen Herbies talent, and today he spins regularly at the Voodoo Lounge and Coliseum. He has played “Mineshaft”, a leather event for Winter Party 2005,  “Renaissance” at Vizcaya mansion in Miami 2003, several Winter Music Conference Miami DJ spots including the Donatella Versace party at Lush, and an opening DJ slot for Armand Van Helden at the Delano Hotel. His club residencies include the infamous Marlin Beach Hotel, The Stud, The Edge, Saturn, Stereo, Diamante and a load of guest DJ nights at the Warsaw Ballroom, Liquid, Splash, and Groove Jet. RANDY  BETTIS - 2004 was a breakout year for Randy Bettis, the New York based DJ/Producer. Spring brought the national release of his first commercial mix CD, Centaur Entertainment’s official 2004 Orlando Gay Days CD and has recently signed on to mix the Gay Days Orland 2005 CD. The national exposure continued with Randy spinning at Denver’s “A Weekend in OZ,” Palm Springs’ White Party, and Austin’s “Perfect Day.” July found him in Fire Island Pines manning the turntables at Bliss, a spectacular day party that he also produced with partners Michael Metts of Drury Design Dynamics and Patty Rosado. In September, Randy spun Fairgrounds at Six Flags Great Adventure, an evening for the LGBT community produced by Heritage of Pride and Mark Nelson Enterprises. 2005 kicked in with a bang!    Randy began the year being tapped by Saint at Large to close their first New  Year’s Day celebration: Escape To Candyland, as well as booking the closing DJ    spot for the mother of all events, the Saint at Large Black Party - Lucha Libre, Rites XXVI. Then, just as he thought the year couldn’t get any better    DJRB landed one of the most coveted gigs – the 19th Annual Heritage of Pride Gay Pride Pier Dance in New York City. Randy opened the event this year, as the legendary Warren Gluck closed the    day. Long before this explosion, Randy had been developing a devoted    following in Manhattan nightclubs. Currently, he is a resident at Splash    nightclub in NYC. Over the years, Randy has played in some of New York's hottest night spots: Sound Factory, Limelight, Cielo, Splash, Plaid, Blu, Cheetah, Webster Hall, Life, SPA, Centro-Fly, XL, Sessa, Serena, & the legendary Pavilion on Fire Island – just to name a few. He is regular feature of Broadway Bares, spinning tunes between performances and, more recently, providing music production and editing for performance tracks as well. Other charitable events include DRA-Dancers Responding To AIDS/Fire Island Dance Festival; Will  Clarks' Twisted XXX-mas benefit for VisualAIDS and co-produces his own fundraiser on Fire Island called “Bliss”, which raises money for the Stonewall Community Foundation.

"The Leather Masked Ball" will open at 9:00 PM and run  till 3:00 AM with special demonstrations throughout the evening by the South Florida Bondage Club. The VIP Reception runs from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. "The Leather  Masked Ball" is the brain child of Leatherwerks Co-owner Eric Lawrence and his life partner, Male Erotic Artist Ira Smith.

White Party Week, now in its 22nd year, is a premier fundraiser for Care Resource. Care Resource uses the funds to cover operating expenses, providing much-needed services to people infected and affected by the disease.

Bound South will donate its share of the proceeds from the Ball to the Leather Archives and Museum in Chicago, which works to preserve and share the history of the leather community. Bound South committee members are also compiling the leather histories of New York and Fort Lauderdale entitled "Leather Pride from New York City to Fort Lauderdale", and will have a display at the event.  This display will go to the Archives after Fort Lauderdale event
