Well after some long moments of researching and excellent help from some knowledgable buddies, presenting the COMPLETE Gay Man's Glossary including extensive fetish listings for my kinda men.  Please send me any terms or corrections so this listing can be as complete as possible.


Autofellatio
When a man performs oral sex on himself.

Bareback
Having sex without a condom, used especially for anal sex.

Basket
A man's crotch.

BDSM
This is Bondage, Discipline and SM all rolled into one acronym. "BDSM" is often used to refer to the entire fetish community that enjoys bondage, leather, SM ,etc.  The "Discipline" part can have many definitions.  Generally it refers to punishment of some sort--often spanking. And technically, "discipline" usually implies something that's not fun for the bottom. Often what people really mean is more "BSM" (no true discipline).
B&D = "bondage & dominance" or "bondage & discipline."
S&M = "sadism & masochism."
D&S = "dominance & submission."

Bear
A large, hairy, gay man.

Beard 
A "beard" is a person of the opposite sex who marries or dates a closeted lesbian or gay person to cover up
their homosexuality. In the past, often lesbians married gay men so that both could "pass" as straight, either
for work or for their families.

Beef
Buffed men.

Blue
Gay, referring mostly to males.

Bog Queen
A gay man who frequents public toilets for sex.

Bondage
Physical materials applied to a submissive to restrain their ability to move, to restrict them.  The act of restraining someone so (hopefully) they cannot get themselves free. The bondage might be "light"--nothing more than a pair of handcuffs or a rope to tie the hands. It might also be "heavy"--rendering someone unable to do much more than wiggle their fingers and toes.  Some guys get off on just bondage. They're very happy to be well restrained and left alone. I prefer to use bondage to play with the bottom in various ways, some of which wouldn't be possible without it.

Bottom 
1. The submissive person in BDSM activity. Opposite of TOP.
2. The one who is penetrated during anal sex, especially between gay males. Opposite of TOP.

Daddy/Boy
This is another flavor of Master/Slave above.  It's generally a bit more of a relaxed relationship but still one where there's usually a dominant partner outside the bedroom/playroom. 

Breeders
A derogatory term for heterosexuals, especially

for those who glorify childbearing.

Brow Eye
A derogatory term for the anus.

C2C
Cock to Cock.

Caning:
Using a long, thin, flexible rod to whip someone.
A form of flagellation.

Cat (Cat-o-nine tails)
A multi-tailed whip in which the tails are braided.

Circle
Refers to one's chosen family.

Circle Jerk
Group masturbation or jerking off.

Cock Sucking (fellatio)
Administering sensations of an erotic nature to the male genitals with the mouth and tongue.

Coming out (of the closet) 
Term used to describes voluntarily making public one's sexual behaviors or orientation, "being out" to not concealing one's sexual behaviors or orientation, and "outing" for making public the sexual behaviors or orientation of another who would prefer to keep this information secret.

Commitment Ceremony
A public affirmation of your commitment and union. Often has roots within pagan ceremonies.

Cottage
Public toilet. Not used much today except by older men.

Cub
A smaller, younger, often submissive man who enjoys BEARS.

Consensual
An activity done by two or more consenting adults.

Cutting
Shallow decorative cuts are placed on the skin using a sharp instrument in an SM activity.

Daddy/Boy

Discipline
Structured Control of a boy or slave by the Master or Dominant. The ability to follow a Direction without question and with pride.

Docking
Insertion of the penis into the foreskin of another man.

Dom
A male Dominant.

Dominant
One who enjoys controlling another person by deciding what happens and when.

Domme
A female Dominant.

Dungeon
A room set up for SM play equipped with hardware, toys, slings, whipping posts, St Andrews Cross, etc.

Dutch Boy
Men, gay or straight, who like to hang around dykes.

Fag Hag
A heterosexual woman who socializes extensively with gay men.

Electricity
The use of various forms of electricity to create sensations in a submissive.

Fairy
A male homosexual, especially one who acts or dresses in an effeminate manner.

Family
Meaning being part of the lesbian and gay community. As in, "He's a member of the family.  He's gay."

Fetish
Sexual arousal to items, body parts or behaviors that are not innately sexual.

Feigele
A Yiddish term for gay that is derived from the word bird.

Fisting (Fist Fucking)
The process of inserting the hand completely into the anus.

Flagellation
The act of one person striking another in usually an erotic context. Activities included are spanking, paddling and whipping.

Flogger
A multi-tailed whip made of long strips of leather or other flexible material attached to a handle. 

Flit
Derogatory term for Homosexual.

Flogger

A derogatory, offensive term for someone who engages in anal sex, especially a male homosexual.

Fudgepot
Used in reference to the anus and in rimming.

Gay
HOMOSEXUAL. Refers to both homosexual men and homosexual women (also called LESBIANS).

Gayborhood 
A gayborhood is a gay-friendly neighborhood or an area of town where gays and lesbians are known to live.

Gaydar
The uncanny sensory perception that lesbians and gays have of detecting other gay people in their midst.

Get Nut
To have sex; to orgasm; to ejaculate.

Glory HoleGlory Hole
A hole cut through a wall, allowing anonymous sex between people on either side of the wall. Often found in gay sex clubs.

Golden Shower
The act of one person urinating on another as an erotic activity.

Government-Inspected Meat
A gay man in the armed forces.

Guppies
Gay urban professionals, or gay yuppies.

Handkerchief Codes 
Gay color codes used to identify sexual preferences. Done by wearing a colored hankerchief in a back pocket.

Which pocket is also important ie: left = top, right = bottom

Helmet
Circumcised.

Humiliation
Activities that cause the submissive to feel shame, embarrassment or degradation.

Jam
A term used in the mid-twentieth century to denote straight people.

Kinsey Six
A person who is completely homosexual, as opposed to one with some bisexual inclinations.

Lace Curtains
Refers to the foreskin.

Leather
Beyond being an animal hide, "leather" is also often used to refer to a certain subset of the gay/fetish community. "Old Leather" is an almost cult like institution that goes way back. It's dying off, especially here in the US, but it can still be found. Today, for better or worse, "leather" increasingly only refers to people that enjoy wearing leather clothes when out in public.  For some, it's a serious lifestyle. For others, the material itself is very erotic and they like the feel, smell, etc. For the rest, it's basically another form of drag.

Lick-Box
A gay man. Term used in the early 1900's.

Lilies of the Valley
Hemorrhoids.

Lifestyle
The manner and way a person lives, based on community, social and or personal beliefs.

Lollipop Stop
A highway rest stop used by gay men for cruising.

Lucky Pierre
A man, having sex with two other men, who is simultaneously penetrating one man anally while being penetrated anally by the other. He is "lucky" because he is the only one of the three to enjoy both sex acts simultaneously.

Macrame  
Bondage technique which applies rope or twine in a net-like decoration over the torso. Very popular in Japan and in gay bondage.

Make a Milk Run
To cruise a men's room.

Mary
A standard camp name used by gay men to refer to each other.

masochist
A person who enjoys receiving pain and or humiliation, often for sexual gratification.

Master/Slave
These are sometimes used interchangeably with top/bottom but probably shouldn't be. In general the master/slave scene is one of either serious role playing or living a 24x7 dominant/submissive lifestyle. Masters typically control their slaves in more ways than with just bondage. A true slave often gives up personal rights. A bondage bottom, on the other hand, only agrees to be physically controlled for a limited period of time (usually just a matter of hours). I'm more into top/bottom play than true master/slave scenes. 

Master
A male Dominant usually in an on going relationship in which a slave is submissive to Him. Within is the intrinsic need to control, to dominate, to guide and to shape another human being.

Meat Rack
A gay male cruising area.

Mitten Queen
A gay man who likes to masturbate others.

Mummification
Bondage in which the submissive is immobilized usually through wrapping in many coils of materials such as plastic wrap, leather, duct tape, etc.

Nancy
An effeminate man (Nancy boy).

Negotiate
To discuss (and if Consensual then agree) on the details of what will and will not be done during an SM session. Can mean discussing the terms of a contract between a Master and slave.

Non-consensual
Anything done by one person to another without their agreement.

Novice
A person just beginning to learn about and explore SM.

Oreo Sex
Sex between two black men and a white man.

Out of the Closet 
Being open about one's sexual orientation.

Paddling
The striking of a submissive, usually on the buttocks, with a flat instrument.

Pain Pig
A term used to describe a masochist.

Pan Sexual
An event or scene that includes Dominants and submissives of both genders.

Play
Unstructured sexual or SM/BD encounter, often spontaneous.

Playroom

Potato Queen
(Asian) guys preferring white men.

Princeton Rub
Intercourse between two men in which one's penis rubs between the other's thigh, or between the two men's abdomens.

Pushing Limits
SM play that takes the submissive up to the edge of what they can stand and a little beyond.

Pussy Quivers
A warm, pleasant tingling and/or twitching sensation in the anus anticipatory to anal sex.

Queer 
Gay or lesbian. Usage note: Originally a derogatory term, now used by gay and lesbian people to refer to themselves.

Restraints
Bondage devices.

Rice Queen
A gay man that exclusively prefers Asian men.

Riding Crop (Crop)
An instrument used to motivate horses usually made of leather in SM used to give sensations to a submissive.

Rimming (analingus)
The act of licking, sucking and inserting the tongue into the anus.

SM (Sado Masochism)
Fantasies and experiences in which domination, submission, sadism, masochism, humiliation and related activities are a part of erotic and or sexual play. This is something very different from bondage. It's quite possible to be into SM and not be into bondage or visa versa. In practice, however, the two often go hand-in-hand.  Bondage allows for more intense kinds of play to take place, so it's often a prerequisite. SM, technically, is getting pleasure from pain. In practice, lots of fairly mild things are considered "SM" by some. These might include spanking, nipple play, etc. Others only consider much heavier play to be "SM". If you're negotiating play, be clear on this one! I'm mostly into what I call "erotic SM" which generally means play that makes the bottom harder not softer. Heavier SM scenes can be fun with a true masochist, however. The pleasure/pain boundary is pushed and the resulting endorphin rush can be quite intense.

Sadist
A person Who enjoys administering pain and or humiliation, often for sexual gratification.

Safeword
A word or signal agreed upon by the Dominant and submissive that can mean stop, slow down, or a pause in the action is needed.

Safe Sex
Sexual activity in which no body fluids are exchanged.

Sane Sex
Sexual activity free of drugs and alcohol and clear of mind.

Scat (Scatology)
Feces (shit). Used by some in an SM scene for erotic stimulation.

Scene
A structured sexual or SM/BD encounter. Sometimes a scene is used for instruction or introduction to a new experience.

Shore Dinner
A gay man viewed by or who views a sailor as a potential oral sex partner.

Size Queen
A gay man who is especially interested in partners with large penises.

slave
A person who hands over power to another, or surrenders its mental, physical, spiritual, sexual and visual self to a Master's Will.

Snoodling
When an uncircumcised GAY man pulls his extra foreskin over the cock of another GAY man and proceeds to jerk him off.

Snow Queen
A black man who only dates white men.

Spanking
Striking a submissive’s buttocks with a hand.

Straight
A heterosexual or someone not interested in SM play.

Strap-OnStrap-On, Strap-On Dildo  
A DILDO that is worn by someone, attached to a harness, so that it can be thrust into a partner like a penis.

submissive
One who yields control by obedience to the Will of a Dominant. A strong characteristic is that of humility.

Switch
A true switch enjoys both roles. They might enjoy playing top with one guy, bottom with the next, and trading off with a third. What they do often depends on the other guy. The shortage of tops tends to cause a lot of bottoms to try their hand at the top role more out of necessity than genuine interest. Many of these guys can be fun tops, but sometimes their heart really isn't in it. Given the choice, they'd much prefer to bottom. A true switch, like me, can really get off in either role.

Tea Room
A public toilet where gay men often have sex.

Teabagging
When a man lowers his testicles down onto someone's mouth or forehead. So-called because of the resemblance to lowering a teabag into water.  This can be gay or straight.

Tit Torture
Administering sensations to the nipples usually with clamps, fingernails, teeth, or abrasives.

Top
A Dominant and or Sadist. When I refer to a "top" it's usually the one who's in control and the one doing the tying. Some take "top" to mean the insertive partner in sex (which might also be true in this case) but that's not required to be a bondage top. Some might also refer to the top as the "Dom" or dominant partner.

Train
A line of men having sex, where each man anally penetrates the man in front of him, connecting together like the cars of a train.

Turtleneck
Uncircumcised.

Twink
Young gay man.

Twinkie
A gay male that takes it up the ass and lets men come inside him, hence the cream filling. The gay equivalent of a CREAM PIE.

Vanilla
Conventional, non-SM sex and or play.

Verbal Abuse
Erotic play that involves calling the submissive names, insulting them and ridiculing them.

Water Sports (w/s)
Sexual activity involving urine and or enemas.

Whipping
Administering erotic pain by using flexible instruments such as flogger, cat-o-nine tails, riding crop and cane to strike the submissive’s body.

Yaoi 
Japanese erotic anime (cartoons) that focus on male-on-male sexuality.

Yard Boy
A gay male who prefers to have sex outdoors.

Yoga
A man giving head to himself; auto-fellatio.

Yosie
An inexperienced gay sex partner.
